User Activity Reports

There are several reasons why monitoring user activity can be very useful: you can see how efficient they are, what time of day / month your employees have been most productive, which teams work harder than others etc. Virtual Desktop Monitor allows you to view the information for each user or AD organizational unit, AD group, or a custom group.

Daily and monthly activities

Daily Activity Report shows how long each user or team has been active, idle, disconnected or remotely controlled throughout a day and helps you understand both employees' efficiency and the busiest working hours of the day. Monthly Activity Report does the same thing on a monthly basis.

Activity timeline

In case you want the deep analysis of user's states on a timeline, we have several reports at your disposal: User Activity Timeline for single user monitor, Session Log for group monitoring and Daily Gantt charts for graphical overview of activities.

 

Summary reports

Summary reports help you collect the aggregated data from the activity reports in order to avoid manual analysis of individual reports in Excel, enabling you to get usable and understandable information in seconds.
